Brand New For 2016 – Our Second Generation Lock Picking Competition – Practice Stand
We’ve received many requests for a TriPik that has table/work bench clamping capability . . . one that will serve as well for lock picking competition as for your daily lock picking practice sessions. This is the TRIPIK-3 — mounted firmly atop an infinitely adjustable ball/socket mount and a hefty (and we mean HEFTY) adjustable clamp that makes it possible to take this stand virtually anywhere there is a table or a bench with a lip. No need to use mounting screws or double sided tape on THIS TriPik! The clamp has two clamping thickness ranges to accommodate all types of tables. If you run into an unusually thick tabletop, all it takes is a standard Phillips screwdriver to extend the throat of the clamp.
Over-sized tightening knobs and brutally tough materials make this the ideal practice and/or competition arrangement. The TriPik “head” is the same one found on our world famous TriPik-II, with threaded tighteners in each of three separate ports. The TriPiks are all designed to hold KIK lock cylinders (key-in-knob cylinders, which is really a misnomer because these cylinders are found in most deadbolts as well as keyed knobs).
Please note that the lock cylinders shown in some of the illustrations are not included with the stand, unless you choose to add them as options.
