If you are not satisfied with the products we sell for any reason, you may return the item for a refund (shipping is non-refundable) within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Please contact us via support@lockpicksaustralia.com.au and return the item to the address stated on your item invoice. If you can provide us with your valuable feedback on our product and services to help us to improve, we will refund you 110% of the item price plus reimbursement of shipping costs incurred both ways.

If you see a product you bought from us selling at a lower price within 2 weeks of your purchase date, email us at support@lockpicksaustralia.com.au for a refund of the difference.
